I’m Laura Louie-Malone, the home baker and cookie content creator behind Easy On The Sugar & and the Cookie Hub Community where I am explore the internet's favorite chocolate chip cookie recipes, so you dont have to!
This space was born out of a love for baking and wanting to help home bakers, like myself, find their favorite cookie without all the fuss!
What started just as a girl in her kitchen looking on Pinterest for the "best brown butter chocolate chip cookie" and posting about her experiences, soon turned into over 4,000 TikTok cookie lovers chiming in on their experiences with different recipes.
I decided to create this website as a way to document the combined experiences of bakers around the world.
*Think of it like Rotten Tomatoes but, instead of movies we rate our personal experiences with cookies.
It doesn't matter if this is your first batch or your 50th batch of cookies.
All views, opinions, and experiences are welcome here!
Just remember to be kind and respectful to both the recipe creators (making recipes is not easy otherwise I'm sure we'd all just make our own) as well as other reviewers!
Because we all have different tastes and that's what makes this community so special.
I truly hope that everyone is able to have fun baking, trying something off the beaten path, and discovering their new favorite recipe!
